Flat-Fee Pricing

We like to do things a little different here at The Limbaugh Law Firm, by taking the fear out of asking for help. The best way for us to know what you need is to talk to you. But talking to lawyers can be pricey, especially when you don’t know how the pricing works.

We offer flat-fee pricing for our most popular services, including our personalized estate planning documents, probate, and elder law services. These prices include everything from consultations, follow-up phone calls, copies, postage, filing fees, etc. This way, we both can focus on what is important – thoughtful planning for your future.

We also offer easy payment plans, so your thoughtful planning will not break your budget.

Estate Planning – Payment Plans Starting at $100/month

• Medical Durable Power of Attorney – $250.00
• General Durable Power of Attorney – $250.00
• HIPAA Authorization – $100.00
• Living Will – $200.00
• Basic Will – $500.00
• Trusts – start at $1,800.00
• Deeds – $250.00 plus recording fees

Probate – Payment Plans Starting at $150.00/month

• Uncontested Informal Probate – $5,000.00
• Uncontested Formal Probate – $6,500.00
• Uncontested Guardianship – $5,000.00
• Uncontested Conservatorship – $6,000.00
• Personal Representative Deed – $350.00 plus recording fees

Mediation

• $300/hour – 2 or 3 parties
• $375/hour – 4+ parties
• Half–Day Mediation – Billed for five hours; four hours of mediation and one hour of preparation, drafting, etc.
• Full-Day Mediation – Billed for ten hours; eight hours of mediation and two hours of preparation, drafting, etc.
• Supported Decision – Making Agreement $350
• Supported Decision – Making Package $500 (includes a SDM agreement and either a financial or medical POA)
• Medical Durable Power of Attorney – $250
