Oren “Von” Limbaugh, J.D., LL.M, Mediator

Von Limbaugh is the founder of The Limbaugh Law Firm, where he leverages over twenty-five years of experience to provide sophisticated counsel in elder law, wills, trusts, estate planning, and special needs advocacy. As a highly credentialed practitioner with a background in tax law, Von is known for his technical precision and his unwavering commitment to his clients. He takes pride in guiding families through complex legal landscapes, empowering them to protect both their rights and their legacy.

In addition to being licensed to practice before all Colorado State Courts, the U.S. District Court for Colorado, and the U.S. Tax Court, Von is a certified mediator. Read more about him here.

Michelle Limbaugh – Legal Administrator

Michelle Limbaugh is the Legal Administrator and the organizational heart of The Limbaugh Law Firm. Since 2012, she has used her extensive background in psychology and education to support the firm’s clients through some of their most significant life transitions. A graduate of Florida State University, Michelle’s experience as a teacher and a foster parent has uniquely prepared her to handle complex situations with both precision and empathy. Michelle’s deep connection to the firm’s mission is personal; she and Von have been married for more than 30 years. She is dedicated to supporting the firm’s clients as if they were her own family.

Deeply rooted in her community, Michelle has volunteered in various organizations over the years. Currently, she serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for The Arc of Aurora. She also participates in the advancement of police officers and firefighters as a Citizen Assessor with the Aurora Civil Service Commission.

While she is often busy supporting Andrew in his Special Olympics competitions or other activities, she enjoys quiet time at home to relax, cook, and knit. When time allows, she loves to travel and explore new communities and cultures.

Michelle’s diverse interests and commitment to service reflect the firm’s dedication to community and family.

Andrew Limbaugh – Document Manager

Andrew Limbaugh is a beloved member of the firm. He oversees document management at the firm and is known for his dedication and the positive energy he brings to the office. A 2020 graduate of Eaglecrest High School, Andrew balances his time at the firm with his participation in the Care and Community Day Program.

Andrew is a proud member of the LPA (Little People of America). He enjoys participating in local and national events so he can spend time with people “who are just like him.” He is also an accomplished athlete and a decorated Special Olympics competitor, earning numerous medals across powerlifting, basketball, swimming, bowling, flag football, and cycling. Outside of work, Andrew loves to travel, go out to eat, and go to live music events with his family.

Bailey Limbaugh – Law Clerk & Certified Mediator

With over ten years of experience helping families navigate the complexities of elder law and estate planning, Bailey Limbaugh understands that legal service is about more than just paperwork; it’s about people. Currently pursuing her Juris Doctor at the University of Denver, Bailey pairs her extensive practical knowledge as a paralegal and mediator with a fresh academic perspective.

Outside the office, Bailey is committed to community service and supporting the IDD community. Since 2016, she has served as an assistant coach for Special Olympics, mentoring athletes across a wide range of competitive sports. Though her schedule is demanding, she finds balance at home with her dogs and her vocal pet bird.

Bailey’s blend of deep technical expertise and genuine compassion makes her an invaluable advocate for our clients.

Safaa Merhi – Legal Assistant

Safaa Merhi is a Legal Assistant and Colorado Notary Public dedicated to ensuring every client feels heard and supported. With a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Communication Studies from the University of Denver, Safaa uses her background to bridge the gap between complex legal processes and compassionate client care. She takes pride in getting to know our clients personally, ensuring that our attorneys have the detailed insight necessary to provide thoughtful, tailored guidance.

Safaa’s professional discipline is mirrored in her community involvement. She has contributed to international humanitarian efforts through Project C.U.R.E. and has organized educational workshops for the Muslim Student Association.

Most importantly, Safaa is a devoted family member and a strong supporter of the IDD community, inspired by her close relationship with her brother. Outside the office, she enjoys perfecting her matcha recipe and spending time outdoors hiking, kayaking, and white-water rafting.
